I want to report a hacker and I have the video but I don't want to post it on youtube please help me I really wanna report the hacker

I really like https://streamable.com/. Doesn't require an account, has a better quality and is easier to use than youtube. It even allows direct links to the video.
But I have used it for my first reports and staff told me to use youtube instead. So I'm not sure if it will be useful for you.

Hide your Vid from youtube. Get them reported then when a mod says they are banned then remove the YT clip

Doing that means their appeal will almost always be accepted since the evidence is removed. That effectively makes the report worth NOTHING and gives the hacker an extra chance. There's even a thread stating reporters NOT to remove any evidence, stated here:

Be realistic though, if you are a hacker you are stupid so if you are banned you would probably accept it

Nope. Some hackers want to hack more and so they lie in the appeal and get an easy unban. What happens next? More hacking.

Majority of hackers I ran into hack for "fun." Will they learn and accept it? Nope.

He never explained why YouTube isn't an option; it's trustworthy, easy to use and doesn't require an additional account if you're using Gmail, Google+ or any other Google's well-known service. I don't see a need for further discussion unless the person has a solid reason for avoiding it.
