so i have a video of a hacor i recorded on my device but i dont have youtube so how di i upload it

You can upload it to everything as long as staff does not have to download anything.
Dropbox is not allowed since staff would have to download it. However, Vimeo, Youtube and other video programs are allowed.
Making a Youtube account isn't hard, though. :)
