but the report website won't allow imjur links....
what do I do??

A screenshot is good as well for inappropiate username/skin/cape right?

Just upload the screenshot from your files, not from imgur.
You do it the same you did when uploading it to a site such as imgur, but instead upload it directly to the report site.

You can alternatively use a youtube video as evidence ;)

Select inappropriate name/skin as the offence, then download the picture and choose "Choose file"
