Because I was unsure about this, I asked a Moderator. The j3 ultimate mod is not allowed since it provides a lot of unfair features.
Is it a hacked client?

For those concerned about 4 team maps for BedWars Solo and Duos, I doubt they'll be going anywhere. Remember, those maps are designed for both Bedrock and especially Java. If 8 team maps were to arrive, they'll be Bedrock exclusive and can coexist with the 4 team maps without replacing them.
