hardcore minecraft is supposed to not have regen, that's the point, if u added regen they would have to name it California mode (haha get it, its so expensive no? ok I'm done)

Not supposed to have regen, also in hardmode you are supposed to pick and chose your kills(this means also looking out for the potential clean up, if there is a somebody waiting for a clean up don't take the fight), not just attack any random person for no reason.

Take a look , Overpowered is named overpowered for a reason power 5 prot 5 sharp 5 and all that kind of stuff , now lets take a look to hardcore , expensive items , less armor , less health its all about the gamemodes , if you dont like that there is no regen at hardcore play normal or overpowered , hardcore will stay like this -1
