Hard Work for Nothing

PLEASE READ!!! I've spent a good 4 hours total just messing around in the frost portion of magic and mayhem (the new game mode). I found the secret entrance at the back of the library, bought the Frostspark Wand from the Wurg Trader, and was excited to continue my quest. However, I quickly realized that due to the fact that my inventory was already full, the wand I bought wasn't there. It wasn't in my ender chest, either. I went back to the Wurg to purchase another one and all I can buy are those Jagged Armors. I bought a piece to see if it would reset: nothing. I killed myself to see if it would reset: still nothing. I restarted my game: still nothing! I don't know what to do and am very frustrated that this will prevent me from using my Chillbite armor to its full power. Let me know if there's anything I can do.

Hey! There’s a button called “Reclaim Missing Items”, it can be found in your Player Menu. Can you let us know if the wand is in there?
