If you don't know which evidence you need for each rule breaker, please read this thread also very carefully: https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/player-reporting-guidelines-and-formating.136047.

For teamers, hackers, campers, sky-basers etc. (you can read here for which rule breakers you need video evidence too) you need to have the required video evidence.

For spammers, swearers, targeters etc. (you can read here for which rule breakers you need (a) screenshot(s) too) you need to have the required screenshot evidence.
