Hacker Report Rules question

Not quite sure what forum section to post this in.
Will a Hacker report video be accepted if the video was taken while using optifine and a shader pack?
I know optifine is allowed, but what about the video having a shader pack

I'm pretty sure that's ok, as long as you got the player hacking.
