Guilds / Guild battles

[DevKits]

Guild XP:
Each guild can earn XP for battling other guilds and can earn cosmetics to wear around the server.
Guild Home:
-Each Guild has their own Guild Home
- They can Decorate the guild home
Guild Raids:
- Other guilds can Come to the guild home and challenge the specific guild
- Certain days can trigger Guild raids which you can fight for valuable items within the home
Guild Players Cosmetics:
- Each level will give a cosmetic item either for the home or for the player
Guild Spawn:
- Every day you can open a guild spawn which can give you a valuable item for the home!
(Guild raids CAN take those valuables!)

How about a Guild Flag?

Guild flags will be a part of the cosmetic items. makes the guild home look all fancy :D

It's a good idea, others have suggested it before your post but I guess this shows what is as a community want.
How would you propose the guild homes are set up and how would players get to them? How could you ensure the guild raids are fair, and that players in each guild would be able to defend their bases, or even be online to be able to defend them or fight other guilds? What purpose would they be for these so called 'valuable items'?
The idea, in essence, is good - but I feel there's too many practical ideas that won't work out here. I liked the idea of guild competition and collective rewards, but organising 'raids' I feel is too much.
