Gift card and rank purchasing question

I just bought a subway giftcard to get the lapis rank, but it seems there's no option to use subway giftcards anymore. I sent a request for an integration queue but I haven't gotten any emails about it (if that's how I would get contacted). How long does it take for it process and get sent to me?
