Web Forum Suggestions

OK so it's becoming apparent that there isn't the best organization when it comes to handling suggestions on the forums. There are suggestions with the "Forwarded" tag from all the way back in march which STILL havent gotten any response from the admins.

Doing some work to make sure that these suggestions at least get some word that they're being looked at would be great.
