Java Fishing rod in eggwars

For starters, the fishing rod is an item that most players use for 1.8 pvp. I think implementing it would make the game more intense and fun. My idea is to put it only in Normal and in Op. In normal it would cost 25 diamonds and in Op 10 diamonds. I await your opinions.

I like this but maybe that’s a bit expensive... I think 15 diamond for normal and 5 in overpowered would suffice.

No it doesnt belong in eggwars. I would hate to see this in eggwars and if added would probably quit playing.

I don't think it really belongs in egg wars. Also, the knockback on CubeCraft is weird, when a person takes an initial hit they take a lot of KB; after that KB is reduced for the player who is hit initially. So adding fish rod will introduce a lot more lack of KB in egg wars. The item doesn't really belong in egg wars unless say in a competitive environment such as ranked.

I'm not the biggest fishing rod fan myself, but I know how many players use it in 1.8 Skywars, so if I played with it more often, I would have definitely considered it.
It is a strong combat item, because of its ability, hence I think, that your suggested price is fair enough.
It would make things easier for the players, that are already used to it, plus I know how many people would like to use it in Eggwars also.
I definitely would live without it, but, If you consider the fact, that it would make manny more players happier, I cannot vote with anything other than yes:)

I think this can't really be a thing in 1.9 pvp because then you have to throw a fishing rod after every hit so in my opinion its not a good idea for eggwars 1.9, maybe it will be good for eggwars 1.8.

Hey! I think it's a really good idea! Inasmuch as lot of 1.8 players use it in different gamemodes. Why don't we add it in eggwars?
But I think it should be added in Hardcore too. It will cost 10 diamonds in hardcore, 25 golds in normal & 10 golds in OP.

Nah, i think it would be too overpowered, the fishing rod just don't fit into the game itself. Also you can spam it to deal so much knockback, it would just not be a fair item.

I mean i understand your opinion, but most 1.8 people play with a fishing rod.
