''Fish with knockback'' kit ??

I was playing Skywars and some guy slapped me with his fish. His fish had knockback or something on it, 'cause I flew all the way back. I thought it was some kind of new hack, but he said it was a kit. I checked the shop but I didn't find it anywhere. Is it true there's a kit with a knockback fish, or is he just bullshitting and a hacker?

As far as i know there is no kit with a fish with knockback.
