Experience levels in skyblock?

hey,

(originally posted this in the wrong place, so I posted it here, I don't know how to delete a thread...)



So, when I tried to enchant my stone sword the first time, everything went well, the second time "experience levels" got in the way. I'm a bit confused, I have 343 levels, yet it says in the GUI that I have 7 and that I need 15? could someone explain, please? I'm pretty confused. I've added fire aspect, looting, and trying to add durability. (stone sword)
