Start:

When you join eggwars, you have 2 options: Stay at your island and camp OR Rush immediatly. We have pros and cons with them.

Tactic	Pros	Cons
Rush	Quick emiralds, lower threat rate	You may get killed
Stay	better armour and resources	Chance of getting rushed

Egg:
There are only two acceptable ways of protecting an egg.

NEVER: Start with Ancient Debris, It costs too much gold and time.

Midgame:


Going to the middle to get diamonds is the task many challenge with. Now some people go immediatly, while some wait. Now waiting (rushing) is the way to go because you may get your egg destroyed.

Bridging:

Make sure your bridging is fast and clean.

Endgame tactics:


When rushing someone in the endgame, you can

Im as a person who has 700+ wins in all EggWars modes, can say that is the best tactic - rush!

I Use the manhood plan in the egg wars

As a player with 6,000+ wins on eggwars, for rushing this below is probably the best strategy at the current moment. All you need is 16 iron at the start of a game (assuming this is op mode) you can buy 32 blocks instantly and rush someone. Depending on your PvP level/experience you may require a wooden sword or else just use your hand to void them after eating their egg. Then from on there you slowly upgrade yourself after rushing base after base +armour, better sword, more blocks etc …

But if you are deciding to play the safe way just use 5 of your 32 blocks as a temporary egg defence then rush with the remaining blocks.

The more fast pace you can make a game go the more likely you are going to catch your opponents off guard.
