Does anyone know why you cant edit messages in DM's?

I don't know, but I think they should put this up. Because I've happened to be talking to someone about DM's and I forgot to put one thing. And I had to send him another message.

I've already created 2 threads about this a long time ago, they're both outdated so what I do, just create a thread about it again, a lot of people supported my idea so I think it would be the same too, I don't think this really belongs to the support because you also can suggest it.
