Java Duels Map Choose

Hey everyone!
It would be great to choose maps for duels right?
So my suggestion is to add a thing like skywars, eggwars etc.
To choose maps you like to play.

How to do this?
Well, it could be pretty easy....
Just right click on the kit you want and then the map.
Then the game will start

But what if there are 2 rankers voting for two completely different maps?
Don't worry, you have 50% your map will be chosen ;)
(This doesn't work for stone rankers though)

Why this suggestion?
I want to play on the new map in duels ;D
So I don't have to wait ages for it! :)

(Oh woops, I want this for java. Can a moderator fix this pls? :)

The duel community is way too small for this, in my opinion. Being abled to see on which map you're playing (the name) on the scoreboard should be better!

Why would the size of the duel community care about choosing maps?

It's simple; now if you click the NPC you could join a game immediately due there are barely options to choose. If you can choose maps it'll take a longer time to join a game, and because the Duels community isn't really big it could take ages..

But what if there are 2 rankers voting for two completely different maps?

Look at what I said above... There wont be a ''waiting time''
You'll just need to be a bit lucky to get your chosen map!

I’m neutral on this. If there’s a map people really like to play, then the option to choose a map would be great for them. On the other hand, does it really matter what map you play? Duels often don’t take that long and maps have flat spots to PvP on so they’re technically all the same. I personally don’t mind whether this gets added or not. If it benefits other people, sure!

Well, you don't have to wait.
It's like skywars.... If someone is like ''starting'' a new map.
Automatically players (especially stone rankers) will join that map.
But, if like 2 people choose for 2 different maps (in duels) you have 50% it will be your map.
For stone rankers it will be the map the ranker has chosen.
When there's a stone vs stone there will be just a random map like always.

I’m neutral on this. If there’s a map people really like to play, then the option to choose a map would be great for them. On the other hand, does it really matter what map you play? Duels often don’t take that long and maps have flat spots to PvP on so they’re technically all the same. I personally don’t mind whether this gets added or not. If it benefits other people, sure!

What about the maps with big buildings in the mid, a hole in the middle of the map, or just random annoying buildings that will stop your combo? It's just a small addition to the game to make it better ;)

I want to play on the new map in duels

If you create a kit, then you can change which maps you want to play. If you only want to play the new map, you could choose that. If you want to play the custom kit, you have to duel someone in the lobby, ( /duel ) and not at the npc.

I know that's a thing, but it take ages before someone accepts your duel.

That’s true though! I forgot about those maps. But like I said, if it benefits other people, then I’m all for it. :)

I think there are maps who are really poplar to play, if everybody joins that map, I think they did that on purpose, I mean that you can't join maps that you want. I actually don't know but thats what I think. I think it's the same thing with kits in my opinion. It would be overplayed and I think there are players who likes other maps too, if you now join a random map I think it's really okay or you leave the map, it's your choice. here is the good point, yes I like to see that I can choose the map that I like and that I can play, that would be awesome! You just can choose the maps that you want to play if you making a kit, so that's cool! I think I will vote yes, because I think it has more advantages than disadvantages. If this will be added I hope that not that much people won't join the popular maps but I don't know. It might be a bit of a risk in my opinion.

Well, there are a lot of stone rankers which can't choose a map... They will just have a random map... Since there aren't that much players with a rank duelling, I think it's a good idea... You'll have 50% chance to get your chosen map if there's a ranker vs ranker fight. Even though, the option to choose a random map as a ranker is still possible and way faster sometimes! So, I guess it's just a small addition to the game.
