Bedrock Downloading packs so slow when I join the server

Any solution for this I'm join to my server to play and practice to improve my skills but when I click join it start downloading packs but it's slow slow like 0.1 MB/s (or 0.8 Mbits per second) despite my internet so fast. I download 5.5 MB 3 packs but it's so slow it take 3 minutes.

My phone specifications:
OPPO Reno6 5G
CPU: 2x ARM Cortex-A78 @ 2.4 GHz
6x ARM Cortex-A55 @ 2.0GHz
ROM/RAM: 128GB/8GB
Chipset: Dimensity 900 5G 6nm
GPU: MediaTek MT6877

Internet speed:
Download: 35 Mbps
Upload: 35 Mbps
Ping: 1ms
CubeCraft server ping: 30-40ms

I have this problem as well. I have fiber internet. It takes way longer than it should to download a couple MB of packs. But I think the bigger problem here is that Cubecraft changes their server resource pack way too frequently. They should group their resource pack updates together and update their manifests less often. Cubecraft, don't forget a large portion of your player base consists of low bandwidth/mobile users.
