Cubecraft hasn't VIP rank, if you have Some problem with ranks, than you must to contact @Joe Henry , but Normally he doesn't give your money back

CubeCraft does not refund money from bought ranks, if that was your question. Also, CubeCraft doesn't have a rank called 'VIP', but CubeCraft got these ranks.
