I think the white outline in the new textures makes the items look like stickers or something weird, in my opinion it does not look good, but I like them just the outline no

Yeah I'd remove the outline

In my opinion, stay vanilla in that kind of selectors. I am a vanilla guy, likes to speedrun and kinda stuff. I think vanilla offers already funny things. And the texture is weird.
I am java player so hope they wont add this into the java servers.

I say the old is better, its more simpler (which is something cubecraft seems to want), and it changes something thats been in the game for a long time, just like the egg breaking sound that was also changed recently.

New one is better IMO. Not perfect for sure but it seems more new age and playful. These small changes really add up

it looks really... different and out of place. Even worse if you use a texture pack greater than 8 by 8.
If they were in higher resolution (like every other resource pack item in cube), it wouldn't be as painful to stare at.
