Do builders get paid?

My little friend doesn't have a forum account and would like to know if builders get paid... I know they don't but I was just wanting to know so I can show him proof.

Just think about this:
Players build on server for everyone else to enjoy
If you are worried about getting paid, you may as well not apply since being Builder is not a job, it's a hobby that benefits us all
