Hey! i got false banned a few thays ago. And i made an appeal. But they still have not checked yet. My friend got banned today and he made an appeal. Then he got unbanned in 30 minutes. (btw his username is polarKYOTO you can check im not lying.) i just wonder that : Why my appeal is still not checked? Developers don't check my stuffs :( I need some help

There's not a exact reason for this, you just have to be patient. Appeals take up to 3 days to review though, so you should get a response really soon.

Be patient! Developers have important things to do, they will get round to appeals eventually.

Normal appeals are 1-3 days, Sentinel appeals are 3-5 days afaik

Appeals are resolved differently depending on their nature and reasoning. Both Developers and Moderators handle very specific sides of our appeals system. As we are normally all volunteers who work day by day here, we are available as much as can be. So with time, the developer who was assigned your appeal, will respond to you. If they don't in a reasonable amount of time (Anywhere after 30 days) you can contact us or an administrator such as @AnimalTamer1 for assistance.
