CubeCraft works on iPad but not on PS4?

When I try to play CubeCraft on my PS4, it downloads the first pack quickly, then says “Error while downloading packs from server. Please try again.” halfway through downloading the second pack. I’ve tried multiple times to download but I can only do it on my iPad. Please help!

try making a bug report or contact staff on the discord server
