I doubt that cubecraft can do anything about it. Also, Cubecraft has copied many games and ideas from other servers. All servers copy other servers ideas.

True. But this person didn't just copy the idea. The design is so similar that I'm pretty sure they copied the CubeCraft frontend code which is probably copyrighted.

Yeah, he's straight up copied the HTML and CSS from Cube's report website and changed the banner and that's it. He says on the post that it's "like CubeCraft" but it completely copied.

Yes, it was going to be a premium resource. So they were not only planning on using the CubeCraft code but also ask money for it. Johncoles asked them to stop using their design/code. :)
