Welcome to the official CubeCraft Discord information thread! Here, you will learn about what you can do on our Discord server, from talking with our community, or getting assistance from staff.

Joining the server

You can join our Discord server by typing “CubeCraft” when you add a server, or simply click this link. You need to have a verified account, and be on the server for more than 10 minutes to interact in the server.
You may need to verify your account in the #non-verified channel to gain access, so make sure you have your DMs enabled!

Rules

• No malicious targeted language or actions towards other individuals or groups, this includes inciting others, or creating drama.
• Avoid controversial discussion. (e.g. politics, religion).
• No impersonating other users.
• There are minors using this Discord, so please avoid vulgar, obscene, or otherwise questionable language and media.
• Don't advertise other services or products. Private messages included, if the receiver doesn't ask for it.
• No discussing private information.
• No spam of any form.
• No voice spoofers/changers in voice channels.
• Use channels for their designated purposes.
• Selling accounts or any other product is strictly prohibited. Private messages included.
• No inappropriate "Playing" or status messages.
• No inappropriate usernames or profile pictures.
• Threatening/Harassing other players via DM can result in a discord server ban.
• No obnoxious behaviour in voice channels (screaming, blasting music, etc).
• Do not bypass our discord punishments.
• Only official CubeCraft staff, with the staff rank, should be answering questions in #staff-help. Please avoid posting messages here if you are not a staff member, and are not specifically looking for staff to help you with something.
• If you're unsure about something you want to post, contact a member of staff before posting. These rules are to serve as a guideline, staff still have the right to punish users even if the subject resides outside of these rules. Use of common sense is suggested.

VOICE
Staff-help - If necessary, you can ask a staff member in #staff-help to explain an issue.

Nederlands - Use this voice channel to talk with other Dutch speaking players!
العربية - Use this voice channel to talk with other Arabic speaking players!

AFK - If you’re AFK for longer than 15 minutes, you will be moved to this channel so that people can join the channel you were in. There are limited slots, after all!

Nitro Boosting

Nitro Boosting is available for our Discord server - support us and receive:

• A purple coloured role, which can be seen in chat!
• Access to a nitro-only text channel and voice channel!
• Ability to change your own nickname!
• Ability to use your webcam in voice channels!

These permissions are constantly changing, so feel free to suggest changes on our forums here!

Appealing your ban or server mutes

If you have been banned or server muted, contact a moderator. They will be able to tell you who has punished you and for what reason.
You should then contact the staff member who has punished you and appeal to them there. This can be done via. A Discord DM, or a forum conversation.
