Crafting menu turned on by default?

Everytime I open my inventory in skywars the crafting menu with the book thing is automatically turned on. This is kind of an inconvience as the inventory is moved to the right. Now I have to manually toggle it off before the game starts. Is there a solution to this?

Do you play on console or pc? If so, just rebind the keys so you open inventory and not crafting
