Cooked Chicken quest on Skyblock

Hello! I have been playing on the server for a bit via my Xbox and I was doing the all Copped Up quest and I had 4 furnaces cooking my chicken to come out to 200 (3 stacks of 64 and a stack of 8 pieces) when I pulled them out the quest didn’t update and now it’s only updating if I redo the cooking of chickens. Is there a way to fix this or am I stuck redoing it?

I don't think there is a way to fix this. If you have video evidence, you could create a bug report. But I am afraid there is nothing you can do to get the quest, besides doing it again.
