Not true at all, I don’t think this would apply but you can file something known as a “player safety report” for things done outside the server.

What I do Outside the Server is not a Server's business.

I don’t think you could do it for something like this but the claim that Cubecraft has 0 power outside their server is incorrect.

I didn't mean that CB is powerless.
Maybe The Player deserves to be BANNED, but if smth is outside the game, it means, it doesnt belong to the Server.

They DO punish players for things found outside of the actual Minecraft server.

A server doesn't need a reason to BAN a Player, just click a button add a fake reason(example cheating), DONE,,, but that it would be unfair.

NOTE:
Maybe you don't know, but a Player can report a Server in Mojang's WebPage.
Maybe Mojang will ignore the report, but at least it exists.
