Bedrock Coins in games

As we alll know in bedrock cubecraft is pay to have cosmetics, and why we can't have play to have cosmetiks.
like when you gonna play a game like egg wars and after like egg destroyed you gonna have 5 coins and something like that.
then in egg wars lobby there gonna be a egg wars shop when you gonna be able to buy stuff like:
-kill meseges
-kill efects
-projectiles partickles
-shop skin
-egg skin
-egg destroy effect
