Do you mean clans like in Hyp**** ?
If it is something like that CubeCraft won't add it to their server because they are creative and only add things that they made themselves.

Factions and Clans aren't the same at all. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if the developers didn't start on Factions yet.

I have no idea how you got that information. Therefore I have no idea what the developers will do with factions.
You will have to wait till it gets released :)
