The last 5 hours of my live, I've been re-coding THIS plugin, some of you, have suggested improvements, well, I listened to all of you, and here's the result:

It contains several improvements to CE:

• Better sentences filter.
• Better Word Replacer.
• Broadcaster, with & without using the config file
• Custom welcome messages*

I know :p, if someone could make (help) me with the blacklist... there are THOUSANDS of words, and a lot of ways to spell it
Diamondsmonds is a known bug, just wanted who is the first to report it :p Tomorrow you'll have CE2.1
