charged creepers?

I haven’t messed with creeper spawners but i was just wondering, how do i spawn charges creepers? Is there a different variant of them that spawns like infernal skeletons?

i think they spawn on the same spawner but like the tough ones and like you said, infernal

Indeed, charged creepers spawn from a creeper spawner just like tough ones. Only even rarer!
