I somehow messed up setting my date of birth to 1998 when im born in 2001. I probably did this to be 18+ wich i do on most games. I just don't know how to contact the "Administartor".

Really? Oh that's weird, I guess you can contact any staff member online, listed on the main home page of the forums (https://www.cubecraft.net/forums/) (on the right)
