Implemented Change the vote map to an End crystal

Hi there, I got a small suggestion for eggwars.
You know when you are lagging or something, and you are unable to use the votesystem. I got that issue.
And it was not annoying or something, but since you have an End crystal to vote by other games, would it be nice to have this by eggwars too.

As you can see I'm unable to vote.

Has been suggested plenty of times before, and not once has it been disapproved.
I've had this written map thing happen a few times, and I can definitely confirm that it's annoying to deal with.

Not to mention this somewhat is related to the type of maps you usually think about when you hear maps

THis is because it is a map specific problem
In maps that aren’t already equipped with this change

Just wait until you see the timer numbers go down and then vote. Maybe select your kit first and then you can see if you are lagging and then vote

This idea has been added into EggWars. It's 1.9 only as 1.8 does not have the ender crystal. Thanks! :D
