cant respawn after 1 dead

Today I was playing on the server some eggwars. After I died once I couldn't respawn the only thing I could see on my screen: "RESPAWN" and "TITLE SCREEN" I restarted my minecraft and still the same problem. (The only hearts where half so I don't know if that has to do something with it or not)

Yeah in minerware also you always get half heart and when u get hurt you’re harts go up xd
