Can't Get Rank?

So I have been on Cubecraft for a long time and so I wanted to get a rank, a cheap on, IRON!
So I go to the shop and try to buy it,
I go to payment wall and click credit card, because I have a visa gift card,
I put in all of my info and OMG... I get a msg saying "We were unable to authorize your card."
ok then so I go to gift cards, maybe it was on gift cards,
I put in all of my info and BOOM again the msg saying "We were unable to authorize your card."
I try for 15min and I still cant get it to work... I know that my info is right.


I need help!!! I Cant buy iron rank.
If I would to change something it would be to make the link paypal because usually when I buy a rank it is paypal and paypal always works for me

Please help me I am just trying to buy $10 rank!!
