Can't appeal

[TocoToucan4]

A time ago I got banned from the server and because I missed the server too much I tried to appeal but it doesn't work. I changed my name to TocoToucan4 and I got banned on Penguin_Powerrr. But both of those names don't work. He doesn't recognize TocoToucan4 and as I use Penguin_Powerrr it gives me an error :o

Can someone please help me?
