Cant Access Appeal Section

I haven't played on the server in about 2-3 years, the last time i played was for the parkour. Then about a week ago i tried to join back, It said i was banned for having a alt. I don't have a alt but my brother has a account that plays on his laptop, Is this why? But anyways i tried to appeal, i went to the appeal section typed in my Minecraft Username. But It just kept coming up with "Please Enter Your Minecraft Username", I've tried multiple times and it just wont work. Can you please help me ASAP. Also this is NOT a ban appeal.

Yeah i know that changing my name wont get be unbanned i changed it because i changed my YouTube Name and also for Banter. But thank you for helping me, i only have a month left <3

Yes but it wont let me appeal, Like i said in the original post. It just comes up with enter your username constantly

I tried with the username i got banned with and it worked. Thanks for helping

Should be unbanned now since your account was compromised but clearly no longer is.
(Also, @NedGaming Sophie_johncoles isn't me lol)
