Bug with a skull

Ok so hello, me and my friend have an item stuck in our inventory since 3 days ( skeletton skull) and we can't finish a quest and we are 1 slot unusable. So if u can do anything to fix that that was very cool.(I'm french so... sry for the english :((( )
happy new year and please get the skull of me and my friend inventory ;(;(;(;(
