Broken sentinel, false ban

Hi. I'm Mark.
Today I got banned by sentinel. Don't know why.
Now I'm asking for unban.

Spoiler: Long story short

Last week I had troubles with internet speed and ping.
Sometimes I was getting error "cant load your data" or something like this for half a hour.
One day, I just tried to teleport to skyblock hub from my island, and got banned.

Here's ss captured instantly after ban. No hacking stuff here.

I even can't get appeal code, bc stuck on that screen when trying to join server.

AFAIK there's a lot of false bans. Don't you think it's not ok?
You know, you can use pirated version of minecraft on android and you won't pay, but did you seen how much Minecraft W10 Edition costs in Russia? :/
