Bought Obsidian rank but didnt get it..

So i just bought Obsidian rank on the cubecraft store but i didnt get the rank... and it definetly came trough.. i got screenshots of the payment that is completed

If you have any issues with your order please contact @Joe Henry . Joe Henry will need the following transaction information which can be found in the email receipt you received from CubeCraft after your purchase;
