Blocked Connection

Recently i got banned because sentinel catch me flying because server was lagging and I was already unbanned but i have blocked connection because of it.
Why do I have to wait so long for an error made by the anti cheat because the server was lagging? Besides, the ban is already solved. Why at the same time that the account is unbanned the ip is also not?
I can't understand

Getting IP blocked after being banned by Sentinel is a usual thing. I'm afraid the only thing you can do is wait for your IP block to expire. As said above, it shouldn't take too long c:
