Block/ignore on forms!

Ever had that one guy bugging u one forms? I have! I think a really awesome feature would be /block (player) ignore (player)'
Because they are really annoying, Example no no no no this is all wrong or spamming u with text messages dont u hate that? I do!! That is why /block /ignore should be added to Forms!!
