Perma invis won’t be fair In my opinion, although you have no armour, you can sneak up on people every time they’re weak or in a bad position.

Yes, but if they see your sword when you attack , you will die from 2/3 hits

Maybe, when attack someone , your invisibility goes on cooldown 3 seconds or something.

Overall, I don't think this kit would be a perfect addition to FFA. Invisibility is not something a game like FFA should have, as it's more pvp based rather than being sneaky. And it's not about having a cooldown or not, because I don't feel this kit fits well in the game.
