Banned without reason

Hey DaveyDa here!

Idk where I had to inform this so I just did it here (Correct me if I am in the wrong section).
So my friend H_E_R_O_B_R_I_NE has been banned for 1 month because of hacking by sentinel, this is the second time this happened to him and the first time he could appeal and it got accepted because he just isn't hacking. But this time he tried to appeal but it got declined but he swore to me that he isn't hacking and I know him very well he isn't a liar and you guys can probably check that but yeah is it possible that his appeal can be accepted or something?

You can contact @CrazymanJR through discord, explaining him the full situation and if possible, what you tihnk could have caused his ban.
He will then check the logs and see if you are indeed telling the truth.

Does your friend butterfly click? Usually if a player gets false banned more than once thats usually what happening

This does happen even more often.
It is unfortunate for your friend, but there is probably a solution.
Contact @CrazymanJR once, hopefully he can help you (Possible with discord or conversation).

As of right now, you can try to appeal for you ban by clicking here: https://appeals.cubecraft.net/ Please mark your appeal as a FalsePositive. Be sure to describe what happened exactly before you were banned and what clients you were using when you got banned(e.g. what clients were you using; optifine, labymod, 5zig, vanilla mc, etc..)
