Banned 3 years ago

I was banned about 3 years ago by sentinel (anti-cheating) I tried to appeal but I was denied since my account was stolen and they used cheats on it, I recovered it shortly after and I realized that they had permanently banned me, I am waiting for answers from some member of the staff and that they can withdraw my sanction.
