Cannot use other items such as bows or crossbows while using this due to the fact that it's an item that you have to select, and hold right click for to gain the effects
What this aims to fix:
- Third parties starting fights after someone won their own fight, while the third party would catch them at a major health disadvantage
- The long waste of time between fights where sometimes you just have to hide until you regen to at least 75% hp
- Runners gaining health advantages just by leaving a fight to regen while getting farther away
