You can make a helper application yes, but I suggest you reading *this* first and get to know some the forums a bit more :) Good luck nonetheless!

I think he's asking if someone can delete it. In that case, open the form and edit your response putting in the first box that you changed your mind.

You can edit your helper app but not delete it.
