Hey A week ago, I was told that the Sentinel devs were behind.
Now I don't mind waiting a few days for that.
But I've been waiting 9 days now for a reply

Hey! Unfortunately we can’t help you with your ban - you have to wait for the sentinel team to reply. Keep in mind that they are working on a solution for the delayed responses though :)
