Any Tips On How To Fix My 5zig Mod

Thanks for the attempt to help but for some reason forge doesn't work and sometimes works which depends on the mod ( i installed 5zig without forge)

Yes i am sure, and I already deleted forge off my PC -.- guess it is time for me to format my PC.

and i don't know which file was recently downloaded so i'm just gonna format along side my other pointless files

Problem Has Been Solved :D
I formatted my PC and reinstalled minecraft along side the 5zig mod and it works!
I appreciate all the tips i have received here

the problem may be caused of some sort of new file on my PC
and i don't know which file was recently downloaded so i'm just gonna format along side my other pointless files
